Press the xfinity button on your remote. Use the right arrow or left arrow button to navigate to On Demand, and press the OK button on your remote. On the Accessibility screen, tap Closed Captioning Options.I found it can take 2-3 times longer for the TV and AV receiver and cable box to finish all the HDCP handshaking and get me a picture compared to just leaving the box fully powered on. Just installed three new XI boxes and have noticed that the remote doesn't power off the X1 box. TV powers off fine as expected but X1 boxes seem to stay on all ....
